Koga
Is this something new? Kickboxing/yoga combo. I just read an article in a local newspaper about a phys ed. teacher in my district that is teaching this to students and what positive responses she is getting. I've never heard of koga before reading this.

I go to Koga Fitness and the owner is the creator of Koga. I took a class and it was sooo hard! Best workout ever!
