It's in Selden in the Waldbaums shopping center.
I walked in to get a schedule and find out pricing. They have a lot of the kind of classes I'm interested in and they sound awesome!
Classes:
Cardio kickbox
Yogalate
Koga x-train (koga is a mix of yoga and kickboxing)
Hip Hop
Bellydancing
Bootcamp
The Hottie Workout 
X-biking
Anyone a member?
