BFP, Paranoia, TMI info and possibly long...

HI! I'm outing myself! I got a BFP last Friday, I was so excited. I had an ectopic pregnancy last Jan/Feb so I am SOOO nervous about being pregnant this time.. my beta on Friday was 78 with good progesterone 45.7 and on Monday, beta was already at 516 with prog at 46.2!! This is a huge jump, as most of you know! So Dr. pretty much confirmed with a jump like this, it's not ectopic.Chat Icon

I have been having AF-like cramps since last week (I didn't think I was BFP), on and off, a little nausea over the weekend but it went away, boobs were sore, but not now today.

Last night I had a little brown on TP (TMI, sorry), had a little panic, called dr. and he said it was normal but try to come this friday for sono to see if we can see anything given my beta level..I only had the brown spot once, it's been clear since (I am paranoid and keep checking!)...now boobs don't hurt this morning and I am more paranoid something is wrong. Probably not,but given my experience earlier this year, I am finding it hard to relax.

Did anyone else have symptoms come and go?

Thanks for letting me vent and TIA for input!

Congrats on your BFP!!!!!!

I didn't have the spotting, but my boobs only hurt in the very beginning, then that totally went away around 6 weeks. I think it is normal for symptoms to come and go.

congrats again!!!1

first of all, congrats!!

my pregnancy symptoms changed every day early in the first tri. sometimes i'd have such bad cramping that i was sure a miscarriage was on the way. sometimes i felt absolutely nothing. i wouldn't worry about it! also, the spotting is relatively common, lots of women get it, it's probably implantation spotting.

i don't think you can escape the paranoia... i went to the bathroom every 10 minutes looking for AF and took pregnancy tests for weeks after the initial positive Chat Icon Chat Icon

Congrats!

I had some symptoms go away as quick as the came. And just so you know I barely ever had sore boobs. It would be very infrequent and I am 29 weeks now.

It's totally normal to be worried, especially considering what you've been through, but your symptoms can seriously change everyday. My boobs only hurt until I was about 4.5-5w....and here's a little TMI for you. I didn't have spotting, but around 6w, I had a bleeding incident. I'm talking pouring blood like a river. I had an emergency sono the next day and was reassured that the heart was beating and then had another sono 2 days later just to be safe. There are SO many women who have light bleeding (or even heavy like I did), and the baby is still healthy as can be.
