BF Moms - Pumping tips?
I can never get as much milk when I pump as DS gets when he nurses. Even after pumping for 20 min my chest still feels much fuller than if he nurses for 10 min or less! Any tips for using the pump more effectively to get better drainage? I have the Medela Pump In Style. TIA

I have the same problem! The only thing I do is massage my breasts, or lightly squeeze them, etc, and it seems to help a little.

Re: BF Moms - Pumping tips?
Massage while pumping, take a hot shower right before you pump, think about nursing your baby while you puimp. All of these methods I find helps stimulate the let-down reflex which helps me drain more milk.
If you have the PIS advanced, switch back and forth between the let-down and regular mode.
ETA: Don't worry about getting lots of milk while pumping- that alone will inhibit your let-down.
