WW Math!

OK - I need confirmation on the correct way to calculate points on multiple servings - can of soup tonight was considered two servings - one serving was 3 points - which makes me logically think that the entire can would be six points. But, when I calculated the whole can ( double cals and fat) the points for the can were eight!!!Chat Icon (I ended up not eating it)

Which is correct - double the points based on one serving or calculate entire can?

Thanks!!

This is a great question. I often have this same issue. Sorry I don't have an answer but I'd love to find out too

Re: WW Math!

When eating more than one serving of a food at one time, you must add the nutrition info together prior to calculating the points. In this case, the soup would be 8 points for the can.

Thank you - blech!!

But - let me ask you this - if I had only eaten one portion and saved the other and ate it at a separate time - I would have counted 3 points each time I ate it - is that incorrect, I'm only eating one serving then...

My guess is it's not actually 3 points. It's more like 3.6-3.8 points. Since I was counting all of the half points, I would figure it out using Roni's Weight Watchen site & count whatever came up.
