Why are you making fun of it. I guess everybody can't afford a dream house. The current owner doesn't set the taxes, they are what they are. To the poster who's brother is looking at it, I totally agree it is a nice neighborhood with great schools. My best friend lives in the campground area and like was stated you can always expand.

Whoah there...why the hostility and sarcasm towards Scott? He didn't say anything negative. If anything, he is helpful with these threads. I guess you must be the listing agent for these homes, why else would you take it so personal?

Then you can go on and enjoy your little house then. Why give a crap what other people think.
I am sure there are people out there more wealthy than I am that will say my house is a piece of s___ in a ghetto neighborhood.
There are always better houses out there. Its time to grow some thicker skin.
I guess its a good thing you didn't read the thread that was titled "Little People Live Here".  That house was a real WINNER.
