What do you do to motivate yourself
to get to the gym.
I go through my whole day saying that I am going to go and then I get home and talk myself out of it.

I have had zero motivation lately, but my FH is really good at making me get off my butt and go the gym. Maybe you can find someone to work out with? Going with my FH forces me to go and usually I feel better once I'm there.

That was working for DH and I for a while...we just both seemed to have lost motivation at the same time.

we regularly sign up for races. that way we know if we want to do well and not be last we have to go to the gym.

I dont go to the gym but I convince my boys to walk with me to the hardware store and ill get them ice cream when we get there. Dont know if it motivates them but it sure motivates me.

Visualize my Wedding gown then think...OMG I only have 4 and a half months to look good in it... I also look at pictures of myslef before I had my son ( I was 115 and totally toned up) and now I am 123 and soft all over. I know that does not seem to bad but it makes a huge difference if you are soft and not toned, it makes you look mush heavier! Not to mention my hips & butt got wider too!!!

Well, this is sort of masochistic but I had DH take my picture in shorts and a sports bra.  I looked worse than I thought.

I have pics of myself before I was prego and how skinny I was and I was a size 8 now I am inbetween a size 12 and 14 I want to be back to a size 8 I will even settle for a 10. Plus I have some clothes that I was able to fit into and I keep them handy and try them on every now and then.
I jsut started the treadmil and I am gonna get those tae bo tapes I gotta do something this is so sad I am so outta shape
