WW Recipe - Bruschetta Chicken Bake
This is so quick and easy and comes out great.
Bruschetta Chicken Bake
Total Time: 40 min
Prep Time: 10 min
Makes: 6 servings
Points: 5 (checked on Recipe Builder)
1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
½ cup water
1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup Kraft part-skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees. Place tomatoes with liquid in a medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix, and water. Stir just until stuffing is moistened. Set aside.
PLACE chicken in 13x9” baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
BAKE 30 min or until chicken is cooked through

I make this all of the time, didnt know it was WW friendly. Its sooo good! and re-heats well too for lunch the next day!

Thanks for posting this - we have so much chicken in our house I'm constantly looking for different ways to cook it (other than just grilled).
ETA: I made this last night and it was great! DH loved it too and it's so easy!
