I just found out i may be having triplets. How do i handle this.. I know its difenetly twins.. Oh my gosh just utter shock for me right now.. Some feed back ladies please....

Congratulations on your triple blessings!!! 
Advice for pregnancy - stay off your feet and take it easy. It's a high risk pregnancy no matter how you feel.
Some days I feel like supermom and I say I can handle triplets no problem, some days I wonder how people handle only one its so hard. Regardless of how many babies you have you are going to have "those days" - get lots of help and  for patience.

First off congrats!!!!!
When I found out I was having twins I was so happy, then in shock, and kept saying can I handle 2 babies at the same time. You will be bale to handle 3 at the times time. It will be very rough, but you will make it through.
If God didnt think you could handle it, he wouldnt have blessed you with these 3 miracles.

Just remember stress does not help the situation.. I was in total shock up untill I was about 20 weeks PG.. its alot to take in.. just take it easy. and relax and and welcome to being a MoM

WOW and Congrats
We have a close family friend who has triplets. They are now 4 years old.
It was difficult for her as she had a toddler when they were born. My MIL was one of the volunteers who went to her house in shifts and helped, actually my MIL used to spend most of the time playing with the oldest as some days she could get lost in the shuffle.
Like FireIslandLove said, it is a high risk pregnancy and I'm sure your doctor will have a separate conversation with you about what you will be allowed to do and not allowed to do or can/can't do while pg with triplets. There are also many issues like leaving work early because at some point they will tell you you have to stop working.
Does your Ob-Gyn specialize in multiples? Mine did. They are the #2 practice in the country for delivering triplets so you may have been referred to them. Actually, my doctor delivered a set of triplets while I was in the hospital recovering with my twins.
I would also join a M-O-M (mom of multiples) group. They will be very helpful with resources and tips.
If you need any help, advice, etc. I can contact my friend, mom of triplets. She was very helpful to me.

Congratulations! You are so lucky to be
having triplets. You will be amazed when you see them for the first time.
There is a good book for your pregnancy. When your Expecting Triplets, Twin.. I think is by Barbara Luke.
As challenging as it is. We are so lucky and our children will always have an amazing bond/friendship.

What a wonderful surprise! Take a moment and enjoy this great news! As a NEW mom of twins being a mother to multiples is an amazing adventure!
Take care of yourself during the pregnancy! I had a friend who delivered triplets (over a year ago) Their life is hectic but they wouldn't change a thing!

That is wonderful! Like the others said you don't get more than you can handle. (although sometimes it feels like it is more than you can take! )
