The leftover Halloween candy didn't help... nor do all the little celebrations here and there.
Anyone have any good "holiday season" tips? (Please no 'eat veggies from the veggie platter but not the dip' cuz it ain't gonna work )

My advice: keep it healthy at home and bring your lunches to work. Try to keep track of when you're going out to parties and that sort of thing and plan accordingly. Know that you're going to eat a little less healthy on Thanksgiving, Christmas and at parties, but go the extra mile with your eating and exercise the rest of the time. Drink a lot of water at parties - either exclusively or alternate with another drink. Having something in your hand and something to drink will keep you from eating as much as you might otherwise.
Good luck!!

I agree.
Also, never arrive at a party/dinner on an empty stomach, eat a little something healthy first so you aren't starving.
When I was on WW, they said make sure half of your plate contains veggies and the other side should contain the meat and carbs.
It's all easier said than done I know, good luck! I feel that I've gained a couple of pounds already with all of the food that's been around here!
