What the heck???
I just called a students house, the student answered and he hung up on me!
I called back and he didn't answer. So I called the mom's cell and it went right to voice mail

That has happened to me before!!!!!!
The nerve of some kids! The next day, I confronted him and he laughed about it, but he wasn't laughing when I finally got in touch with his mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(he failed the class, btw) He knew it was hopeless, and he just didn't care.
He actually greets me very enthusiastically in the hallway this year--can you believe it?
