I have a great yummy recipe for chicken sausage pasta with peppers. You have to remove the sausage from the casing though-or you can just cut it up. FM if you want it!

Re: what can i make chicken sausage with?
Try this - it's delish! I make it w/ broccoli instead.
2 bunches broccoli rabe, stems trimmed 1 pound orecchiette pasta 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound turkey Italian-style sausage, casings removed 3 garlic cloves, minced Pinch dried crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Cook the broccoli rabe in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp tender, about 1 minute. Transfer the broccoli rabe to a large bowl of ice water to cool, saving the cooking water. Bring the reserved cooking water back to a boil. Heat the oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up into pieces with a spoon, until browned and juices form, about 12 minutes. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, when the reserved cooking water is boiling, add the orecchiette and cook until al dente, tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Strain the broccoli rabe and add it to the pan with the sausage mixture and toss to coat with the juices. Add the pasta to the skillet. Stir in the Parmesan and serve immediately.

Re: what can i make chicken sausage with?
I usually just grill then melt mozzarella on top and serve with spinach or grilled bread brushed with some olive oil.

This is exactly what I do with chicken sausage, except I sometimes use spinach instead of broccoli rabe and I use whole wheat orecchiette.

Re: what can i make chicken sausage with?
This is from Rachel Ray but it sounds really good:
Chicken Sausages with Hot and Sweet Peppers Recipe courtesy Rachael Ray See this recipe on air Thursday Nov. 29 at 6:30 PM ET/PT. Show: 30 Minute Meals Episode: 30-Minute Sweet and Savory 2 packages chicken sausages, any flavors or brand, such as sun-dried tomato or garlic 2 cups water, eyeball it Extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons, 2 turns of the pan 2 large cubanelle peppers (long, Italian light green sweet peppers), seeded and thinly sliced Salt and pepper 4 hot red cherry peppers, chopped A splash of hot pepper juice
Preheat a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Prick sausages with a fork and place in a large skillet then add 1-inch of water to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil to the pan then bring water up to a boil then reduce the heat to medium. Let the sausages cook until the liquid evaporates 10 minutes. Move the sausages off to 1 side of the pan to allow the casings to crisp and brown. Add peppers to the other side of the pan, season with salt and pepper and let them cook until just tender. Add hot peppers to sweet peppers and combine and douse the pan with a splash of pepper juice, just before you serve them.

Re: what can i make chicken sausage with?
Youcan make Pizza. Get a boboli pizza. Take the sausage out of the casing and cook it with some onions and peppers. Throw them on the boboli, put some mozzarella on top and bake!
