Hmm, we love food so anything works for us, but for Mother's Day we ordered from Lobstergram.com a nice lobster dinner for MIL. She loved it, we got lobster cakes (like crab cakes), NE Clam Chouder, etc. Plus, their prices are reasonable and it comes all packed in ice for you.

I got a pasta dinner kit from Patsy's. I loved it. I also got a wine & cheese kit, but I have no idea who it is from....

Although hoestly, I really don't like food gifts. My grandmother sends us Omaha every year and it usually just gets pushed to the back of the freezer until we throw it away when we get a new batch the next year.

I've gotten good fruit gifts but it's always more than you can eat before it starts to go bad.
