Go for it. School is $$$$ and you can easily spend more than $7K a year for an education so I say it's a great deal.

No question! the job is in the career you envetualyl want to get into, plus they are paying very close to what you're making now PLUS free school! you would easily pay more than 7K a year in tuition.
I worked at a University for $700 a MONTH plus room and board and my tuition for my Masters. I had NO money, but i can't even tell you...those 2 years of making nothing more than paid for itself with the experience and job i got with my masters degree, which at that school would have cost me out of pocket $40,000!!!
DO IT!

with the reimbursement - i would go for it. school is $$$ and it's rare to get 100% reimbursement these days. if you had to shell out the $$$ for it yourself it might be 7-8K a year -- which would erase the pay difference.
good luck!

I would TOTALLY do it. Just for the tuition reimbursement alone it's worth it!

Your happiness is way more important for you than a big paycheck. If it's not a dire situation where you need the money, do what makes you happy. You can always get raises... you can't always change a toxic work environment. And sometimes people need to take a step down to make some steps ahead.
Good luck w/ your decision!
