How much does your weight change?
between morning and night?
I WI tomorrow morning but curiousity got the best of me and I just got on tonight........ and gained a .5 lb.
I really tracked EVERYTHING! And I went to the gym 4 times!! I am going to WI again tomorrow after the gym- but was just wondering how much typically you fluctuate betweeen morning & night.
Thanks :)

Re: How much does your weight change?
It really depends on the day-- but, it's anywhere from 1 to 3 lbs. It really depends on what you ate, if you are retaining any water, etc.
This is why it's important to weigh yourself at the same time every day-- so that is the number you work with when gauging how much you have gained or lost.
No one stays the same weight all day after eating, going to the bathroom, etc.

ITA. For me, it can range from 2-4 lbs - on the higher end when I'm drinking a lot of water. Those 64oz of water add a lot!
