Cancun / Playa Del Carmen Help
DH and I just booked a one week vaca at the Wyndham Royal Mayan.
I have read about fun tours in the area - the Mayan ruins, zip-lining through the jungle, snorkeling in the cenotes, etc.
I want to try to book some of these tours in advance - can anyone recommend a company to use?

we booked all of our sightseeing trips through chaza travel, they were great! but I am not sure if they are available in all the hotels...

We were supposed to go to Playa del Carmen in August 2007, but made a last minute change to Puerto Vallarta due to Hurricane Dean. We booked an excursion through Edventures in advance. They come highly recommended on tripadvisor! When we could not visit as planned, they refunded our money very promptly. We will definately reschedule with them when we make it back there!

We booked our tour through a touring company located in the mall across from the Riu Cancun Hotel. We did the speedboat/snorkeling tour and it was awesome!

We saw Tulum in 2005- I recommend it. Very hot but we were there in June.
This trip we went to X-Caret and swam with the dophins. It was very expensive but well worth it. I would recommend going to X-Caret. It is a beautiful place.

We did this tour too and loved it! We booked through Amex travel who was loacted in the lobby of our hotel (we booked our whole trip with them).

Cozumel..swimming with the dolphins. I think the company is called Dolphin Discovery.

We loved Isla Mujeres and a snorkeling tour that was about an hour + away at a hotel in Playa del Carmen...also Xel-Ha and Tulum
