Yankee fans - Anybody disgusted!!!

OK... I don't want any Mets or Red Sox people coming to bash... PLEASE!

I am a Yankee fan. I really am!! But I feel very torn right now. I am totally disgusted with A-rod and his greed. I am disgusted with the Joe Torre situation (I heard no blame put on Cashman who made all those decisions on those players unable to perfom... Randy Johnson, A-rod, Clemens, Mussina (yes I hate him!!!), etc..).

I am even questioning myself if I can still be a fan.

I just don't feel this is the same. I feel like the sons try to be like "daddy" but are really messing everything. George is a "difficult" person but he knew what he was doing. I feel the sons have no clue.

I know how you feel... I, too, am a die hard Yankee fan, but I felt so betrayed with the whole Torre situation (even though I love Girardi ... they did soothe me somewhat with that.) As far as ARod goes... I'm kind of ignoring that. I'm trying to find the positives and the things that make me happy. Mo, Jorge -- they make me happy. If Andy comes back, too, that'll also help. I don't know... I'll always love them, but it just doesn't feel the same right now. I guess I'll just have to wait till Feb./March to really get my hopes back up again.

HOnestly, I think they're making some good decisions. I hate what a-rod did, but i'm secretly glad he's still on the yanks. I love Girardi, I'm glad Santana doesn't seem like it's gonna work out. I personally am feeling good about this year coming. I feel like the team members really want to be there.

I think they way they handled Torre was wrong. However, it was time for a change. And I loved him but I don't think we were going to win with him again. He made some very questionable moves over the last couple of years at key moments. The team has changed since we last won, sometimes a new manager is what a team needs. Again I don't agree with how the team handled it but I think it may have been the right move.

As far as A-Rod, yes he is greedy, but so is 95% of baseball. So I'd rather him on the Yankees because without him that lineup was not looking great. And believe me I am not an A-Rod fan at all. But he is one heck of a player and will be for quite some time. And think of how great it is going to be to watch him break the steroid home run king's record.
