reccommed your dietician
i'm determnied this year- for myself, my daughter, my family, my husband... but mainly MYSELF!!!

If you go to www.eatright.org (American Dietetic Association website) There is a link on the left that says find a nutrition professional. You can search for a dietitian near where you live and by specialty.
