We are talking about going with mom for her 80th birthday. Anyone ever been? Any suggestions? We want to go end of April, and rent a house.
TIA!

Re: Santa Fe, NM
My SIL used to live there and she worked at 10,000 Waves an AWESOME spa in Santa Fe. The have lodging there and I believe they rent whole houses. Give them a call.

Re: Santa Fe, NM
I went there once, but only for a day. It was a cute city. Parking was difficult though. We went to see the San Miguel church - oldest standing Adobe church in the U.S. - and the Loretto Chapel with the "mysterious" historical staircase. There were a lot of shops to look at, and we also ate at the Pink Adobe restaurant. There's a bar right across from it called the Dragon Room that has a tree growing through it. Albuquerque is only an hour away, so if you had a rental car and wanted to head down there too, it'd be easy.
