I've been on Metformin for about a year now...to date my cycles went from 45-60 days to a solid 28-32 days. My average is 30 days.

My question is, I have noticed a lot of CM around the 14th-16th day of my cycle....

does this mean that I definetly ovulated???

EWCM usually means you are going to ovulate within the next day or two. Are you also charting? If you have a temp rise, that will most likely mean you ovulated. You can also have your progesterone level tested.

Unfortunately, one of the symptoms with PCOS is an out of whack LH level. A surge in LH is what causes your body to produce all the CM. I know for me, I get lots of days with a lot of CM because my LH is very high.
But if you are consistently seeing it on day 14 or so, I would say thats a great sign!

I haven't been charting, but I will in a few weeks. I just noticed that its around the same time every month and I was hoping that it meant that I O'd....

Definitely start charting and see if you see some consistency with your days of CM. If so, I'd say you were most likely O. Good luck!
