Re: new ivf cycle
I am not taking Lupron. So far I have only been taking the Brevelle and the Menopur. My Dr. said this type of cycle is called an antagonistic cycle. Hope this helps. BOTB

Re: new ivf cycle
If you don't take lupron you will need to take either antagon/ganerelix or cetrotide to keep your ovaries from ovulating while on the gonadotropins. I think this protocol works well for low responders as they say lupron can over suppress sometimes. I found a website that explains it well. http://www.advancedfertility.com/ivfstim.htm
I cycled with LI IVF and Loved them. Don't know much about kreiner

Re: new ivf cycle
I also did not take Lupron and was successful on my first IVF
Don't know much about your doctors in particular but I remember hearing some success stories from there - try and do a search on the boards
Good luck
