Grant writing?

So, my AP told our GT teacher that I would help her write a grant... and of course didn't tell me.

But, because I'm a pushover (and the GT teacher guilted me and said she'd only write it with me - and promised me wine) I'm going to do it.

Has anyone here written an educational grant before? Do you have any book suggestions to help us out? We're both clueless!
