Saving pts...??
is it bad to save as many points for the day until dinner as possible? I am going to Koi tonight and I want to be able to eat what I want. I also have a hard time counting pts for sushi with all the sauces and stuff they use.
I had a 2 pt breakfast and I'm going to have a 2 pt lunch and 2 pt snack... then the rest are saved for dinner... is that not good because my metabolism will be kinda stagnant from not eating really all day?

Re: Saving pts...??
I don't think it's bad as long as it's not a regular thing. Unfortunately since my DH is the one that cooks.I save the bulk of mine for dinner.
Make sure that 2 point snack is filling - like Smart Balance popcorn - where you can eat a whole bag. Drink a ton of water.
If I only had 6 points all day, I might go overboard at dinner.
Enjoy!

It's not bad. I lost 34 pounds doing WW this way. Just as long as you don't do it ALL of the time.
