Ques about perm subs
Do they get paid the same as regular subs? Do they get any benefits?

When I was perm. sub about 7 years ago I did not receive health benfits and I got paid sub. pay. If you take over for somone for a period of time the pay increased.

in my district, you are paid daily like any other sub, but you are guaranteed work every day. i believe they get benefits, but i do not know for sure.
