Perm subs...
Do they get paid sub pay (ex: $100 per day for 5 days) or are they put on salary? Someone was asking and I wasn't sure but I figured you girls would know

i know that the one district I was in, you are paid the sub salary for 5 days.

in nyc a perm sub gets regular sub pay unless they are doing a long term coverage. then they get paid at a higher daily rate once they've worked 30 consecutive days. thye get back pay. it's a pretty big difference in pay.
