question about cheeses...
what kind am I not supposed to have? They said "soft" cheeses and anything that is not pasturized. So I assume american cheese , cheddar and mozzarella ( not fresh) are ok? Just curious b/c I was at chili's last night and had a quesadilla

No No's include- fresh mozarella (made from unpasturized milk), fresh feta, brie, etc.
They say anything packaged from the supermarket is fine. I still enjoy some packaged feta.

90%- if you are in America, you are eating pasteurized cheese.
And in any case, if it's melted, like in a quessadilla, it's fine. You could eat cheese right out of the goat if it's melted.
