I have been such a lazy arse!
With just a lot going on... I totally fell off the gym wagon. I am only like 2 lbs more than I was-- but, I just feel ick. It's the winter doldrums and dealing with coming back from vacations and bad work schedules.
I need to get back on the horse!
Now that I posted-- I have to do it!
