Eating out of boredom?

Anyone else do this?

Work is sooo slow right now that I just want to eat everything in sight!



What do you do to combat this?

Instead I surf the web and drink lots of green tea & water.

ETA: Of course, sometimes I snack too but I try not to.

I do this too.

I try to have a lot of low point snacks on hand for the slow times and try to eat them slowly.

I say this but, I just "found" a cookie when I was going to get some water in the kitchen.

I get up and take a walk if the students are not in the room

If they are- I find something to clean


Usually I give in a bit

Yes! I feel like i have been out of control for the past 2 weeks or so I try to busy myself but sometimes it works and other times it doesnt.

Ugh! Yesterday we had these crazy twizzlers at work. They were all different colors and flavors. I ate a whole bunch throughout the day

I make sure I don't keep foods in the house that are not healthy. I also try to do something else if I am bored besides eat or leave the room I am in. I definately relate my couch/tv to eating. Lately I just get up and go in another room.
