Food for a party of 150??
Give or take a few plus kids....
How much food do I need?
I was thinking of ordering: 2 6ft heroes and 2 pizza pies (not alot of pies but they are a joke)
But cooking:
penne ala vodka
meatballs
sausage and peppers
Chicken marsala
Chicken parm
Baked ziti
mac and cheese (kids)
chicken nuggets (kids)
How many trays of each do you think I will need.

I would make 3 1/2 trays this way and put out 2 1/2 trays of each and if you need the additional you have it or you could freeze it.

go by pounds of food rather than trays since that can be relative. If you make penne, how many lbs of pasta are you using..etc.
