Someone do the work for me please and give me a recipe for...
Chicken in the Crock pot.
Here are my criteria that you must meet:
1. The dish can't contain any products that I can't get in the UK (bar campbells soup stuff)
2. It has to be large so I can freeze half.
3. It has to be SUPER DUPER TASTY!
Thanks in advance for your help!!

My favorite crock pot chicken soup of all time.
1 large onion onion sliced.
1- 1.5 lbs of chicken, breasts or thighs 1/2 a bag of baby carrots, or cut up regular carrots 1 package of celery, cut into 2-3 inch long chunks. Add a bay leaf, some salt and pepper. Add 2 cans of chicken broth.
Once it is cooked, make some white rice and serve the soup over rice.
I use a sauce on top- 1 can of cream of chicken soup with half the can of water. Spoon it on top of the rice and chicken, it so yummy!

Re: Someone do the work for me please and give me a recipe for...
chicken cacciatore
basic stuff: chicken (I prefer boneless, but you can use chicken on the bone)
a green pepper cut into slices(I use one per 4 big pieces of chicken)
a large can of tomatoes (either diced or chunky)
salt, pepper, and hot red pepper to taste...
extras: you can add mushrooms, garlic, anything else you like...
spray the bottom of crockpot with some olive oil, or cooking spray...
put peppers in first, then chicken on top, then tomatoes over the whole thing, add spices and you're good to go...
cooking time depends on how much chicken you use...but basically it's low heat for 4-6 hrs....the chicken should be falling off the bone, or able to be shredded by a fork...
you can serve with macaroni or rice, or by itself....

Re: Someone do the work for me please and give me a recipe for...
i do chicken cacciatore, like another poster recommended. i also have a recipe for chicken chili that freezes really well...
2 or 3 boneless chicken breasts 2 small cans of diced tomatoes with green chili peppers 1 envelope of chili seasoning 1 small can of tomato sauce 2 small cans of hominy ( spanish puffed corn).
put everything BUT the hominy into the crockpot for about 7-8 hours. about 15 minutes before you're ready to eat, break up the chicken ( it will shred), and drain the liquid from the hominy and add it. let the hominy heat through for about 15 minutes... serve with tostito chips, sour cream, anything
