Ques. about writing a lesson
I haven't written a lesson up in 2 years!
What is the difference between a rationale and an objective?
So if my rationale is to teach inferencing by using pictures, what would my objective be?

objective is teaching infering using pictures.
Rationale is why you are teaching the lesson or why you are teaching the lesson in the manner you are.
For example, the last assessment shown children are still not using pictures to infer so I am teaching infering using pictures again would be a rationale. Or I am using pictures to reach visual learners.
