I went over my points
On my first day! I did so well... I had 22 and then a little while ago my stomach was killing me. I had an english muffin so I was 3 points over but I guess that's what the flex points are for. But still. I guess your body has to adjust? I had a lot of veggies today.

Oh my goodness if you are hungry and using your flex points please do not feel guilty!! That's what they are there for! On flex I typically use ALL my flex points every week. Especially with 22 pts I'd imagine you need them  Don't worry, you will still lose weight!
