Attacking Anxiety and Depression - anyone try it?
I keep hearing the ads about this program.
Anyone ever try it or know someone who did?
Did it work?

I never heard of it but would love to know myself. I can't find anything to help my anxiety so I've started to resign myself to it which totally s*cks!

Is it done by cd's and a lady Lucinda ? If so, I did borrow them (copies) from someone and listened in the car - it rationlized everything and Works WONDERS !!! Of sourse, I don't think it "cures" you, but it helped me...alot !

A co-worker friend used these years ago and SWEARS by it. She did use this system in conjuction with seeing a therapist though.

I used the program a couple years ago. A co-worker of mine ordered it for me and i was a little emabarrased but it was great. It just teaches you exercises on how to avoid anxiety and helps you relax. I loved it for anxiety, not sure how it would work for depression though but definately anxiety. Although, i also resorted to some anxiety drugs as well but I definately think it was a combo of the program , some meds and therapy! I feel like a new person and have been for 2 years. let me know if u need any help with anything... unfortunately, i know alot about being anxious and panic attacks...
