But if I use sugar...I use like 6 packets for one cup of coffee.
I dont know whats worse!

of course it is!! Because its marketed as being made from sugar people think it is better - but really its chemically altered - and artificial...can't be good!

i forget where i read it but there's a difference between splenda and sweet and low. sweet and low is better for some reason even though they're both used for sweeteners...

Splenda is actually manufactured by J&J and was originally developed as an ingredient in foods for diabetics-- not sure if that makes it better than other artificial sweeteners.
I am sure that all the artificial sweeteners have something bad about them-- but so does real sugar.
I use Splenda all the time-- but as with anything else-- moderation is key.
ETA-- I will also add, that a lot of these studies, or whatever that say artificial sweeteners and diet drinks, etc. are bad for you say so because it is an indicator of how you eat. It's less of a "cause and effect" thing, and more of a "If X then Y".
For example, if you drink a lot of diet soda, you probably have a sweet tooth. Therefore, you probably make unhealthy decisions about your food, even though you still drink calorie free soda.
As opposed to, drinking diet soda cause X sickness.

those two words say it all for me, while I agree with them, I don't need anyone to tell me its bad - if its chemically altered or manufactured it can't be good! 
it bugs me to no end when things are packaged "no sugar" added yet are filled with splenda, nutrasweet, etc.

All that stuff really is just chemicals - you are better off with raw sugar or agave nectar, which I have been using for years!
