Prefer something that doens't take a huge amount of prep time, but open to anything!

Salmom Filet or steaks-slather with grey poupon. Bake in tin foil. MMMMMMM

I usually season and cook on the grill, but our back deck is still covered in snow, so last Friday, I made honey baked salmon. I put oil in a pan, put it in the oven until the oil was hot, then placed the salmon filets, skin side down, in the oil, and covered the salmon with honey. Then I drizzled chopped pecans over the top. Bake at 400 degrees until fish is flaked and opaque. It was delicious!

I marinate mine in something called Veri Teriaki. Or other marinades that are very similar.

I marinated it in a Sesame/Garlic Marinade and cooked it in the grill pan on the stove. So yummy!

yup put in the oven on 350 for about 15 mins covered with alumium foil. Just check it and see if it is turing a lite pink color and it is done. So easy. I actually cook it in those throw away aluminin trays for the dollar store
