Depends...I go in streaks. I gave it up for lent, and it's going well. I don't count Sub Way or KFC if we go inside to eat. Maybe it's not that greatest for you, but it's more "homestyle" to me. I used to eat it ALL the time, and gained mega weight. When I do get it I try to order better. I love Wendy's CHX BLT Salads with light honey mustard dressing

I voted a few times per month- but if Panera counts as fast food-then its a few times a week!

I don't eat fast food meat (or red meat for that matter), who knows what it is. When I did restaurant management in university we did an ordering food class (forget he exact name). The grade of meat McDonalds and Taco Bell order is only a step or two up from dog food.

I put never, but maybe once every 2-3 years on a road trip I will stop for fries that's it.

ETA- I do like Wendy's baked potatoes, but there are no Wendy's here. We only have McDonalds, Hungry Jacks (Burger King here), KFC and some other Australian fast food places.

Maybe once a month. Usually because I am hungry and I am not in the mood to cook.

Maybe a few times a month if I dont feel like cooking. But we usually get panini's from La Botteg. So it's not really fast food!!!
We used to be worse. DH is a fast Food junkie!!
