DHs and Eating

Does anyone else get upset they are trying to be healthy and their husbands don't watch what they eat and are fat.

Yup. DH is working two jobs right now, which makes exercising, and always eating well difficult. But I wish he would at least try to eat healthy while he's with me.

My DH was like that fro awhile but I have been really pushing healthy eating so what i do is I make him little bags of veggies & fruits to make it easier for him to just grab them and bring them to work. It is a little like babying him but if it gets him to take the carrots and celery verses something else I am all for it.

My DH is not fat but he doesn't watch what he eats and is always buying junk food and trying to tempt me. I get mad sometimes because I am working hard and him asking me if I want ice cream, cookies or 5 bottles of coke when I get home from the gym is not exactly the support I am looking for.

For his health I am concerned since heart disease runs in his family. I yell at him anytime he eats bacon I think that the worst possible food anyone could eat.

I don't care about extra weight but i do care about his health. He eats junk a lot more than I do. i ask him to cut back, but he finds it impossible.

Also, he drinks a lot of his calories as well.
