Porterhouse. On the grill - seared to a medium rare perfection with just coarse salt, pepper and a pinch of granulated garlic.
I also love marinated flank or skirt. Marinade is soy sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, minced garlic, chopped ginger, olive oil and a pinch of sugar. Cooked medium rare and sliced on a heavy diagonal.
