Cereal for dessert?
Does anyone eat cereal for a dessert?
After everything is settled at night, I find myself looking for a dessert. The ww desserts dont satisfy all the time and some of them have to many points.
Since I LOVE chocolate, I have taken to having a small cup of cereal. I use fat free milk and it really fills me up and satisfies my craving. Is this better than say a 100 cal pack? Does anyone else do this?

Yes.... I dont know if thats good or bad. Its gotta be better than ice cream. A few hours after dinner while watching TV, DH and I will have a bowl of cereal. I usually have Fibre One Raisin.......but past few nights I've been eatin Cookie Crisp

If you eat one serving it's good. So 1 cup with 1/2 cup of fat free milk could be under 200 cals..

I do that too sometimes before bedtime. It is only 3 pounds for cereal and milk.
