hmm...what do you do with your cash/CCs/ID
when you and DH are both snorkeling off the beach?
We're going on our first cruise together in Aug (he's never been, i have - but always with family that stayed with my stuff.)
I don't mind leaving towels and sunscreen on the beach, but I wouldn't dare leave $$$. And you HAVE to carry some money for water/taxis/etc.
What do you use? A little water wallet thingy? Don't need anything huge - just something big enough to hold a couple cards!

yes! get one of those really unattractive things that you put stuff in that goes around your neck on a cord -- it closes shut to protect against water getting in and it was the shiiit in elementary school - remember?
those! usually they are bright colors - well, at least the cool kids wore the bright colored ones

most of the time, whoever is running the excursion will have lockers or something for you to place valueables in. we've snorkeled almost every trip we go on and we've always been able to lock our stuff up.
maybe get one of those waterproof thingies just in case!

my DH swim shorts have pockets with velcro, so we would put our stuff in a bag and pin it into this pocket.

Most of the cruise ships sell the water wallets. If you're lucky you can find a white one  Won't stand out as much.

You can get a little waterproof wallet from a sports store. Century 21 sells men's swim shorts that come with waterproof wallets, too.

We put stuff in a little ziplock bag and put it in a velcro pocket on the side of my DH's swim trunks. It got a little wet, but people never turn down $ even if its wet.
