Office Manager
Anyone know what an office manager job involved and what experience you need to get a job? Expectations, pay, any info would be good....

it depends on the industry. Law is different from finance and accounting..etc..
are you looking at something specific?
It also depends on how large the company is.
Certain duties could include:
Hiring/Firing Facilities Accts payable/accts receivable Ordering office equipment (furniture, supplies, PCs, printers..etc.. Dealing with vendors on office maintenance Setting up new hires/training
It's quite a job. It's a job I've held before and for me..I won't do it again.

It can be a good job, but, I think, you are expected to work a lot of hours and they depend on you for "everything"!
