Are there different cuts of corned beef??? If so, which one is the best cut? Thanks

I prefer thin cut. The thick cut is all fat.

Has anyone seen any thin cuts anywhere? I have been to sam's club, king kullen, costco, waldbaums and they all have thick or flat but I am looking for thin..Thanks

the flat cut is usually lean too.
If you want thin cut ask the butcher for the boars head corn beef-they keep it in a different place for some reason

I read in the paper today that you should get the first cut. Not sure if that's equivalent to thin, but it said it was the leanest.

This is what the butcher told me too. The "first cut" is the leaner portion of the corned beef.
