PMS irritability
Is there anything for this? For a week before AF i get so crazy. Irritable and nasty, emotional...
i cannot stand it...
Any herbal remedies?

try evening primrose. my doc just recommended it to me..haven't tried it yet but he seems to think it will work..then again..he's a man and doesn't suffer like me!! i have pms all month long..i feel like i get maybe two days of relief while i have my period!!!

My gf was prescribed zoloft and bc pills for this exact thing.
