Anyone hosting Easter dinner? Whatcha makin??
Need some ideas......I'll probably have a spiral ham, but I want to make something else....just not sure what.

I countered with either lamb or lasagna 
I may make a pork tenderloin in the end. 
will most likely make a quiche for appetziers. cheese & sausage platter....perhaps shrimp cocktail.
asparagus or sauteed broccoli rabe...
risotto or some kind of potato

Our first holiday....and it is so impromptu. I'm more concerned about the floral arrangements. LOL.

i am having an easter dinner tonight actually with my mom and grandma..we have a split family so I am constantly splitting myself
but I am having
fresh mutz and dry sweet sausage with cracker
a cherry spinach salad
Fresh ravioli
Meatballs
Pineapple sugar free angel food cake (g'ma is diabetic)
