My husband spent over $225 on Fast Food... IN 3 WEEKS!
And then came home and ate what I cooked?!?!?
How the fluck does someone do that?!?!?

Yeah that is a lot Deb. 
How is his health? I'd imagine eating fast food everyday can really affect your health negatively.
I agree with Kim - that movie is just sick

His health is not so good.
I'm really getting worried about him.  He's super stressed with trying to get a job next year, doesn't have time to work out, and is probably about 100 lbs overweight.
When I realized how often he was eating fast food, I said, okay, let's go shopping and try to find you some healthy alternatives.
Now, he's home this week for SB. And what does he buy? Buffalo wings, fried chicken, pizza, tater tots, and E.L. fudge cookies. 
Maybe I will make him watch fast food nation. I know he saw that one documentary about McDonald's though. Apparently that didn't do anything.

It sounds like this is his way of coping with the stress. I totally identify with this because that is what causes me to eat unhealthy.
The hard thing is you can try and encourage him but he has to want it for himself. Unfortunately, sometimes the only thing that can get someone going is a wakeup call. Have you guys been to the doctor lately? Maybe you can suggest getting a checkup together and having your bloodwork done?
I think it's a great idea to try and find healthy alternatives. Just try and set an example and hopefully he'll come around on his own.

We went to get check ups last year and the doctor told him to lose 10% of his weight... and that's when he had a lot less to do. They told him he had slightly high cholesterol, but he's done nothing about it.
I've tried cooking well, I've tried showing him what I've done, I've tried getting him out on walks, but nothing works.
Ugh.

My DH is also very overweight and a fast food junky. He is now on a low carb diet with me and the weight is coming off fast. Try to convince him to try something like Atkins or South Beach.
