Anyone familiar with "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas"?

I know a little about the story, and I'd like to use it as my next read-aloud for my fifth-grade class, but I'd like to hear from someone else who has read it.

It says on Amazon that it's recommended for Grades 9 and up. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me (besides the obvious subject of the Holocaust) if there's anything "questionable" in there for a fifth-grade class.

I just read this for a literacy class and I didn't think there was anything questionable in it at all.(besides the sensitive topic of the holocaust)..I really liked the story and think it would be great for a read aloud
