Sparks
BLT Steak
Smith & Wollensky
...etc..
someplace that doesn't have that midtown hype but has great meat!

Keen's does have great food and a nice atmosphere. The food at The Palm Westside is good too.

by far the best I've had in Manhattan in years is ... Quality Meats on 58/6 (owned by Smith Wollensky)
