Urticaria AKA "Pups"

So I am 9 months post pardum and I believe I've had this for 2 months or so. The dermatologist told me that Im an unusual case since it usually appears in the last trimester of pregnancy or 3 months after giving birth.

I am also nursing, which means I can't take any medication. She prescribed a cream for the itching but it just s u c ks.

Has anyone had this?

How long till it goes away?

I HATE having this.

I had it, but in my third trimester and then very badly the first 3 weeks postpartum. It was so awful...like such an intense itching that felt really good to scratch but at the same time the scratching made it itch even more. I scratched myself bloody alot. It went away about 3 weeks pp so I guess I had it for about 2-2.5 months total. I tried bacitracin but it didnt really help and I didnt take anything else for it.
