bath time
what do you do now that your dc is out of the sink tub? we want to get the seats for the tub and let them go in together but we have glass doors so we can't really move to wash them etc. how do you guys do it now? i really want them to be able to have fun with each other in tub together but it seems impossible.

Re: bath time
I have glass doors, and it is a pain, but I never got the seats, I didnt put them in the tub till they were sturdy enough to sit up by themselves. I put them in together and they LOVE it.

Re: bath time
I was just having this convo with Pinky and FireIslandLove a few weeks ago when I saw them. Whenever I get to the next stage I run to them... help what/how do I do?... One does them together, the other separate.
Believe it or not we are STILL in the kitchen sink and my DC's just turned one... it's all thanks to my kitchen designer FIL who when we redid the kitchen said, "I'm getting you the biggest sink I can so it's easy to bathe the future babies". Little did we know there would be two.
I'm about to venture into this territory... maybe Thursday night. I'll do tonight's one last time in the sink. I'd like to bathe them together until they realize they *look* different I have one seat but I'm going to try it w/o seats first and then, if needed, I'll run out and get another one.
Good luck

Re: bath time
Together since they were 6 months. Not in the seats. Just in the regular tub. As long as they can sit up really well.
Getting out of the tub.... now thats a little stressful

Re: bath time
We've done baths together since they moved out of the infant tub. I only bought one bath seat and sat the other one upright.

Re: bath time
I still do one at a time and I started in the big tub after their 1st bday. If I am by myself it's just easier to do one at a time. I do it quick. When I have DH we let them play for awhile.
They are not big fans of the bath as is...so it's not a big deal.

Re: bath time
where did you get the seats from? I looked in BRU the other day and all they had was a big seat that hooked over the side of the tub...they thing was big and I have no where to store 2 of them. I think they would love taking a bath together although I like getting to spend time with them seperatly.
