DEC 2007 Delivery

I started having contractions in Oc, but I wasn't feeling them. I was so scared... It was just too early... Well the Dr's decided that they didn't need to stop the contractions after they were able to inject me with the steriods needs to help the development of my baby girls longs.

Dec 7 2007 I was sent to Winthrop hospital to be induced. I started to feel contractions on Dec 7 (my due date) around 1pm.

6:30 the dr's came in and said my daughters head was there and to push... I pushed for a little over an hour and 1/2.

after my daughter was born the Dr took the cord blood ( we banked it) which caused my umbilical cord to become weak and seperate from my placenta. after much pulling by the drs and pushing by me we were able to deliver the Placenta.

Except that part it was a pretty easy labor...

I truly can't wait to do it again.

Thank God for my mom and DH.. if they both weren't with me i don't think i could have done it.
